Special Cancellation Conditions and Guaranties during Exhibitions

Exhibitions mean High Season in Hanover. We receive a lot of booking enquiries from all over the world for these sought after dates. Please note that you can only cancel a reservation, coinciding with an exhibition, free of charge when made no later than 12 weeks before the expected arrival date. In the event of cancellations being made after this deadline we will charge you with the fully booked period, as specified in our General Terms and Conditions.


For Group Bookings of 10 rooms or more we require a guaranty, in the form of a deposit, in order to process your reservation.


For all Private Reservations during Exhibitions we require a guaranty in the form of your Credit Card details in order to secure your booking.
