Cancellation conditions for Long term bookings


Generally, cancellations can only be made free of charge for the booking variations Long 7-21, Long 1 and Long 3 when submitted no later than 24 hours before the expected arrival date.

Attention: Bookings made coinciding with Trade fairs or special events can be cancelled, no later than 4 weeks before the expected check-in date, free of charge. Where cancellations are made after this deadline we will be obliged to charging a fee equivalent to 100 % of the total rental costs.

What happens when you decrease the duration of stay as agreed in the original booking ?

Long term rate Long 7-28: Where a reduction during the booking period results in being less than 7 successive nights, the short term price category which is appropriate to the new duration will come into effect and be invoiced accordingly.

Long term rate Long 1:

Where a reduction during the rental period results in being less than 29 successive nights, the long term price category which is appropriate to the new duration will come into effect and be invoiced accordingly.

Long term rate Long 3:

Where a reduction during the rental period results in being less than 3 months, the long term price category which is appropriate to the new duration will come into effect and be invoiced accordingly.

Long term rate Long 6

Cancellations can only be made free of charge, no later then 4 weeks before the expected arrival date. Cancellations submitted after this deadline will be invoiced with one months rent per booked apartment.

Attention: Where the rental duration contractually agreed upon results in being less than 6 months, all the exhibition rates coinciding with the originally confirmed rental period will be subsequently invoiced. Furthermore, the long term price category which is appropriate to the new rental duration will come into effect and be invoiced accordingly.
