Final Cleaning fees.

Subsequently to all Long Term rentals a final cleaning is necessary. Please understand that for this we will charge the following one-time fees:



For a residence from 29 consecutive nights we will charge a one time final cleaning fee of 75,00 € on departure. If Fido or Cuddles (a dog, cat or similar animal) also reside in the apartment the fee will be 105,00 €.

For a Rental period of an apartment from 6 Months or more the one time cleaning fee of 105,00 € will be charged on departure, respectively 130,00 € if you bring a pet.
