Never tear us apart

Many of our guests like our hotel so much that they simply don’t want to leave.
The good news is: That is absolutely fine with us.

If you like, you can just stay until the job is done. But if that takes a little longer: No
problem.

We are always happy when a dear guest prolongs her or his stay. And who knows? In the
end you might stay a lifetime.

By the way: When you book your residence for a longer period of time in advance, it
becomes considerably cheaper.

This is what some like to call a “loyalty bonus”. We just call it fair.

What does Long Term mean ?

When booking an apartment from as little as 7 consecutive nights it makes sense to start thinking about a favourable Long Term rate.

Depending on whether you you’re looking for transitional accommodation, or perhaps a second home, we have 4 variations to choose from :

Long 7-28 (minimum 7 to maximum 28 consecutive nights residence)

Long 1 (from a rental period of at least 29 consecutive nights)

Long 3 (from a rental period of at least 3 months)

Long 6 (from a rental period of at least 6 months)

These individual rates are calculated from the predetermined rental period as well as the chosen room category.

Please note that for all these rates, where the consecutive rental period is less than 6 months, special Trade Fair prices may become due.
