Chef Sebastian Fried brings a personal touch to his dishes, from the way he fries the burgers to the famous ''ketch-up leather'', which is his home made tomato sauce cooked for four hours in the over at 80° C and then slowly reduced until it reaches the consistency of cheese melting just like it when put on a hot burger. Home made ice teas , lemonades and various dips can be enjoyed on the side.
The graffiti stone walls of the industrial warehouse style establishment and the massive wooden tables complete the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant which can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Not so much into meat? Not a problem, various vegetarian and vegan dishes have found their way on the menu list. Have you tried their vegan mayonnaise?
