No. Bed linen and towels are provided. We are a boarding house (serviced apartment) offering hotel-like services.

We are happy to accommodate guests for just one or two nights. During peak periods, however, a minimum stay may apply. As we specialize in extended stays, the minimum stay for our long-term accommodation offers is seven nights, while the maximum stay is 179 nights.

Whether you are staying for a short or long period, all stays at our boarding house are governed by a standard accommodation agreement rather than a rental contract.

Guests staying for shorter periods pay in advance, no later than the day of arrival. For long-term stays, invoices are issued and payable monthly in advance.

No, we do not require a security deposit for your apartment. A deposit of €100.00 is only required for borrowed kitchen utensils.

Yes, we have a reception desk. A member of our team will usually welcome you and complete your check-in. In accordance with German registration law, you will be asked to complete a registration form upon arrival.

Guests who were not registered at check-in are generally not permitted to stay overnight unless they have been separately registered with us. Depending on the length of the stay, an additional fee may apply.

It depends on the type of pet. Dogs are very welcome at Gästeresidenz PelikanViertel, while unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats. Please let us know in advance and we will be happy to confirm whether your pet can stay with us.

Our fitness studio is open 24 hours a day for guests.

The fitness studio is equipped with a treadmill, vibration plate, stepper, exercise bike, weight training station, and rowing machine.

No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire boarding house.

You are welcome to complement the existing furnishings in your apartment with small pieces of furniture and personal accessories. For larger items of furniture, please consult with us beforehand. Please do not drill holes or place nails in the walls or ceilings.

A safe is available at reception, but there are no safes in the apartments themselves.
